Her experience includes counseling clients on the Stark Law, Anti‑Kickback Statute, and other federal and state fraud and abuse laws; Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and compliance; corporate practice of medicine and dentistry; licensure and certification matters; and other regulatory issues impacting healthcare providers.

Amber represents clients across the healthcare services spectrum, including dental and dental specialty groups, physician practices in all specialties, dental support organizations and management services organizations, med spas, telehealth providers, ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals, veterinary practices and veterinary management companies, and behavioral health providers, among others.
