Amber brings a distinctive blend of clinical experience as a registered nurse, deep “big law” training and experience, and a practical, results‑oriented approach to help clients navigate today’s rapidly evolving healthcare regulatory environment and advance their strategic objectives.
She advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as founder‑owned and emerging healthcare businesses, on a wide range of regulatory compliance matters affecting both transactions and day‑to‑day operations. Her experience includes counseling clients on the Stark Law, Anti‑Kickback Statute, and other federal and state fraud and abuse laws; Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and compliance; corporate practice of medicine and dentistry; licensure and certification matters; and other regulatory issues impacting healthcare providers.
Amber represents clients across the healthcare services spectrum, including dental and dental specialty groups, physician practices in all specialties, dental support organizations and management services organizations, med spas, telehealth providers, ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals, veterinary practices and veterinary management companies, and behavioral health providers, among others.
