Cameron Pariseau

Partner

Cameron brings over a decade of experience advising clients across the healthcare industry on complex legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. She counsels high-growth healthcare organizations on regulatory strategy, transactions, and day-to-day operational issues. Her clients include physician groups, digital health and tech-enabled service providers, hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare businesses.

Cameron previously served as General Counsel for a leading physician practice management company specializing in women’s health, where she led all legal and compliance functions. As a key member of the executive leadership team, Cameron advised on strategic initiatives, operational issues, and risk management. Over her five-year tenure, Cameron played a key role in guiding the company through 15 acquisitions—doubling both its provider base and EBITDA—and successfully supported two private equity buyouts.

Most recently, Cameron was Senior Counsel at One Medical (Amazon’s healthcare company), one of the largest primary care providers in the U.S. There, she supported innovative care delivery models and digital health initiatives across more than 200 locations, working closely with cross-functional business teams.

Cameron provides strategic, practical counsel on a wide range of healthcare regulatory issues, including federal and state fraud and abuse laws (such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law), corporate practice of medicine, direct primary care (DPC), scope of practice, HIPAA, billing compliance, telehealth, AI, and patient safety.

Whether structuring MSO-friendly PC arrangements, supporting everyday legal operations, or guiding complex transactions—including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships—Cameron helps clients navigate complexity and drive long-term growth and alignment.
