With significant experience advising companies across a range of industries, Lindsay focuses her practice on corporate governance and complex transactional matters. Lindsay’s corporate practice has focused on mergers and acquisitions, including strategic divestitures of business lines valued up to $300 million, asset and stock purchases, establishment of joint ventures, and general corporate counseling. She has significant experience representing clients in the healthcare sector—including hospitals, health systems, and providers—guiding them through highvalue transactions and operational legal needs with clarity and precision.

In addition to her corporate work, Lindsay maintains a robust labor and employment practice spanning both advice and counsel and litigation. She has represented employers, including healthcare organizations, in employment discrimination matters, restrictive covenant disputes, and FLSA collective action litigation, and has extensive experience handling administrative proceedings before the EEOC and the Department of Labor. Lindsay also regularly leads mediations and arbitrations, bringing a steady, solutions oriented presence to highstakes disputes.

Prior Experience & Representative Matters

  • Advises clients on matters related to entity organization, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and strategic mergers & acquisitions. 

  • Represented Seller in a $300M strategic divestiture of a key business line. 

  • Advised real estate developer in series of joint venture agreements related to the purchase, development, financing and management of various real property assets. 

  • Advised hospital system with respect to various strategic acquisitions.

  • Counsel clients in various industries on matters related to ongoing employment matters, including policies and procedures, employee classification, discipline, and executive compensation. 

  • Represented employer in collective action litigation related to claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, leading to grant of summary judgment in favor of employer, upheld on appeal before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
