  • Advised a health data network that allows customers to access and share health data across insurance, life sciences, and digital health companies, in connection with its sale for a purchase price of $100 million.

  • Advised a private investment firm on the closing of its approximately $40 million investment in the approximately $63.5 million Series D Preferred Stock financing of a digital health platform that uses machine-learning technology to provide personalized care plans.

  • Advised a venture capital firm in its $149 million investment in a company focused on acquiring, building, and growing enterprise software businesses, including EHR and EMR platforms.

  • Advised a teletherapy provider partnering with higher education institutions to meet on-campus demands for care in the closing of its Series A extension financing.

  • Advised a venture capital firm on the closing of its approximately $30 million investment in the Series A Preferred Stock financing of a teletherapy platform partnering with colleges to provide online mental health and wellness counseling for students.

  • Advised an emerging cannabis multi-state operator in the acquisition of nine retail stores and three cultivation and production facilities in New York, Massachusetts, and Illinois for a cash purchase price of $110 million, plus $45 million in seller financing and additional cash consideration based on market-growth milestones.
